党参及茯苓对小鼠肠道菌群调节作用的实验研究
Experimental study on the effect of Radix codonopsis and Poria on intestinal flora in mice

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Radix codonopsis and Poria on the intestinal microflora in mice.Method BALB /C white mice were divided into 7 groups: A blank control group and corresponding low, medial and high dose groups,the concentrations are 0,5, 10,30 -fold of people recommended dosage, respectively.After administrate intragastrically for 14 days, solution of the bowel contents were cultured on plate, coutting the bacterial colonies, to detect the amounts of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Escherichia coli and Enterococcus in the feces of mice, in order to study the changes of the intestinal flora in mice.Results Radix codonopsis can significantly improve the level of Lactobacillus spp.and lower the level of Escherichia coli in high dose.Poria can significantly improve the level of Bifidobacterium spp.in high dose.Conclusion Radix codonopsis and Poria have a good adjustive effect on normal intestinal flora.关键词
