Abstract
Objective To retrospective analysis on the rational use of antibiotics in No. 534 Hospital of PLA. Methods Among 908 cases, in our hospital, 284 records from mar. 2007 to feb. 2008 were randomly collected and checkered, and following analysis and evaluation were carried out seriously. Results Utilization ratio of antibiotics was 45.1 percent, of which preventive use was 40. 6 percent and etiological examination was 40. 6 percent. The main problems were the indication of preventive use of antibiotics in surgical system was too wide, nonstandard perioperative use, ignoring the toxicity and side effects of antibiotics, the higher grade use of antibacterials, low pathogenic submission. Conclusion Regular clinical investigation of antimicrobial therapy in patients,can find problems in time, and can play positive roles in supervising and guiding clinical practices.关键词
