Abstract
Objective To investigate the impacting factors of serum CA199 level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM ) . Methods Totally 396 inpatients with T2DM were divided into CA199 negative group (＜ 37 U/ml ) and positive group (≥37 U/ml ). The levels of fasting blood glucose ( FBG ), glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbA1c ), serum lipids, and renal function between the two groups were compared. The correlations of CA 199 with FBG and HbA1c were calculated. Multiple stepwise regression analysis was performed to compare the impacting grades of different variables on CA199 as the independent variables were sex , age, duration of the course. FBS, HhA1c , total cholesterol ( TC ), triglyceride ( TG ), high - sensitive C - reactive protein ( hs - CRP ), high density lipoprotein - cholesterol ( HDL - C ), and lower density lipoprotein - cholesterol ( LDL- C ). Results The levels of FBS, HbA1c , and TC in the CA199 positive group were significantly higher than those in the negative group , but the uric acid level was were significantly lower ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The CA199 level varied linearly with the levels of FBS, HbA1c , TC , fibrinogen and hs - CRP. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed the standard regression coincident of HbA1c was 0. 395 ( P =0. 00 ) . Conclusion HbA1c is an independent risk factor of CA199 , and the increased level of CA199 is closely related to the poor glucose control in a long period for patients with T2DM.关键词
