社区医护人员院前急救知识和技能的培训现状及对策研究
Status of Prehospital Emergency Care Knowledge and Skill among Community Medical Staff and Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the status of the prehospital medical care knowledge and skills of community doctors and nurses. and approach the training strategy. Methods The stratified random sampling was taken to recruit 174 doctors and nurses from community health services centers of 5 Cities in Ningxia. A self - made questionnaire survey was used to collect the data before and after the short - term training, including general information , prehospital medical care skills and knowledge ,and relevant information of training. Results The average age of them was ( 30. 99 ± 7. 90 ). There among them were 62 ( 35. 6％ ) who once attended the training, with a total of 92 times; and 112 ( 64. 4％ ) who did not participated in any form of training. A shirt - term centralized mode of training was adopted ; the texthook of emergency medicine in national plan series was taken as the material for training, and senior qualified doctors from emergency departments of the three - graded hospitals as the teacher; the ways of lecture, exercise. scene teaching, and test were applied. After the training, the accuracy rates of 27 questions about prehospital medical care knowledge and skills among the subjects were increased to different degrees ( P ＜ 0. 05 ).There were 148 ( 85. 1％ ) of them who satisfied with the training method. Conclusion The community medical staff have lower levels of prehospital medical care skills and knowledge , so that an appropriate training mode is needed for them.关键词
