男性医学生的艾滋病预防知识知晓情况和生殖健康现状调查
Awareness Situation of AIDS Prevention Knowledge and Reproductive Health Status of Medical Female Students

Abstract
Objective To understand the awareness situation of knowledge of AIDS prevention and reproductive health status of medical students and the influencing factors so as to provide the basis for developing health educates material for key crowd in AIDS awareness. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to recruit 581 medical female students from grade 1～4, and a cross - sectional questionnaire survey was conducted among them. Results In the three major transmission routes and non - transmission of AIDS, the awareness rate about no infection of AIDS by having dinner together, hand shaking or embrace was high ( above 90％ ); but awareness rate about being bitten by mosquito or insects , courtesy kiss could not be affected with AIDS ( 70％ or so ). Multiple Logistic regression analysis indicated that the influencing factors of the venereal disease were phimosis, and whether one used condom in the latest sexual activity, the OR values were 3. 830 ( 1. 049, 13. 981 ) and 0. 244 ( 0. 064 , 0. 932 ) respectively. And the influencing factors of frequency using condom were phimosis, with OR value of 0. 263 ( 0. 082, 0. 837 ). Conclusion The education and population of the relevant knowledge need to he enhanced. and circumcision, should be extended so as to reduce infection rate of sexually transmitted diseases, specially AIDS, and to improve the general level of reproductive health.关键词
