复方丹参滴丸对2型糖尿病并心力衰竭患者心功能及血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响
Compound danshen dropping in type 2 diabetes and heart failure patients with cardiac and serum allergic c-reactive protein influence
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the compound danshen dropping in type 2 diabetes and heart failure patients for clinical curative effect and before and after treatment with cardiac function, serum allergic c-reactive protein (CRP) influence hs -.Methods: 64 cases of the disease were randomly divided into two groups, to western medicine control routine therapy, the treatment group in the control group treatment on the basis of dropping to compound danshen taking a course for six months.Before and after the treatment group were adopted two ultrasonic evaluation index and cardiac function heart serum hs-CRP level detection. Results: treatment group is significant efficiency 34.4％ group and 25.0％ compared, the total effective rate in treatment group and control group for complex for 81.3％, two groups of significant efficiency compared with the total effective are statistically significant difference(P＜0.05). Two treatment group than before treatment function indexes turned their hearts to improve, serum hs-CRP levels are before treatment, but the treatment group reduced to improve cardiac function, reduce the degree and hs-were superior CRP level control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: in conventional comprehensive treatment for type 2diahetes and heart failure with compound danshen pill based part of this disease can restrain nonspecific inflammation, improve the clinical curative effect, improve heart function.关键词
