摘要

Abstract

A development scheme for the control system of universal material testing machine based on 32-bit ARM microprocessor SEP3203 and real-time operating system μC/GUI is proposed for improving signal processing speed and control accuracy of universal material testing machines.The touch screen and LCD are integrated, and the working mode of AC97+UCB1400 is adopted to realize the graphical user interface design.The analog signal acquisition is accomplished with 24-bit CS5530.Based on the hardware platform μC/GUI, is selected as the operating system of the controller to realize the structural design of software for the universal testing machine controller.The man-machine interface function is achieved by the transplant of μC/GUI.
