摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expressions of metadherin (MTDH) proteins and RNA in nonsmall-rell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The expression rates of MTDH proteins in 113 cases with NSCLC ,which are completely follow-up visited, is detected by immunohistochemical stain and RT-PCR; The different expression among histological grades and clinical stages are analyzed bv statistics. Results MTDH positive expression is mainly located in cytoplasm and caryotheca ; MTDH proteins are expressed in 81 cases with NSCLC ,while it is negative in normal tissue respectively. There is significant correlation between expression and histological grades (P＜ 0.01), but the correlation hetween expression of MTDH and clinical stages is not obvious (P ＞ 0.05). The follow-up visit data analvsis combining all of 113 patients showed that the prognosis is significantly had with MTDH expression not only adenocarcinoma but also squamous cell lung cancer. Conclusion MTDH is upregulated in NSCLC, which is conelated with histological grades, and activation of MTDH considered to be most closely related to the prognosis of patients with NSCLC.关键词
