HIF-1α、MMP-2在卵巢癌中的表达及其与血管生成拟态的关系
Expression of HIF-1α and MMP-2 in vasculogenic mimicry of ovarian cancer

Abstract
Objective : To investigate the relationship between expression of hypoxia induced factor-1α ( HIF-1α) , matrix metalloproteinase-2 ( MMP-2 ) and vasculogenic mimicry ( VM) . Methods : 81 paraffin-embedded sections of ovarian tumor were studied. Expression of HIF-1α and MMP-2 were detected by immunohisiochemical staining. The presence of VM was observed by histochemical double staining of CD34 and PAS. Relationship between expression of HIF-1α,MMP-2 and VM were discussed. Results : Positive expressions of HIF-1α and MMP-2 protein were detected in ovarian cancer. Vasculogenic mimicry,when PAS was positive but CD34 was negative,appeared in some cases of ovarian cancer. Positive correlation was observed between tumor grade and VM( P =0. 018 ) . Positive relationship was found between expression of HIF-1α and clinical stage ( r=0. 392 , P= 0. 020 ) , grade ( r = 0. 358 , P = 0. 035 ) . Positive relationship was also found between expression of MMP-2 and grade ( r = 0. 409 , P = 0. 015 ) . Expression of HIF-1α(P=0. 003) and MMP-2 (P=0. 004) in ovanan cancer with VM were increased significantly than those without VM. Conclusion: Vasculogenic mimicry exists in ovarian cancer, especially in the lower grade. Expression of HIF-1α and MMP-2 are associated with tumor grade and formation of vasculogenic mimcry.关键词
