Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-7 ( MMP-7) and matrix metalloproteinases-26 ( MMP-26) in hydatidifurm mole ( HM) , and analyse their relationship with the high risk facotrs of HM. Methods : The expression of MMP-7 and MMP-26 were detected by immunohistochemistry assay ( S-ABC) in 10 cases of normal villi in early pregnancy,15 cases of complete hydatidiform mole and 5 cases partial hydatiform mole.Reselts :The positive rate of MMP-7 expression m normal villi and hydatidiform was 60％ and 40％ .respectively ( P＞0. 05 ) . The positive rate of MMP-26 expression in normal villi and hydatidiform was 90% and 45. 1％, respectiVPly ( P＜0. 05 ) . There is no significant relationship between MMP-7 ,MMP-26 and the high risk factors of HM. Conclusions : MMP-26 may be related to occurrence of hydatidiform mole.关键词
