Abstract
Effect rule of lattice apron compact spinning concentration negative pressure on finish yarn property were discussed.On compact spinning frame, three kinds of compact yarn were spun in different negative pressures, effect of concentration negative pressure on finish yarn hairiness,strength and evenness were researched and analyzed.The result shows that 3 mm or more harmful hairiness is reduced when negative pressure is increased.For finish yarn strength,larger negative is helpful to improve medium count compact yarn strength.While negative pressure should be selected properly when spinning fine count compact yarn.For finish yarn evenness, negative pressure should be slightly larger when spinning coarse yarn, while negative should be reduced properly when spinning fine count compact yarn.关键词
