Property and Blend Ratio Optimization of Magnetic Modified Polypropylene Fiber Blended Yarn
摘要
Abstract
Property and blended ratio optimization of magnetic modified polypropylene fiber blended yarn were discussed. Breaking strength, breaking elongation,twist and hairiness et al indexes of different blending ratio magnetic modified polypropylene fiber blended yarn were tested,relationship between fiber content and yarn property was analyzed,thefitted formulas was got. According to multi-goal theory,the fitted formulas could be calculated by MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox,weight coefficient of breaking strength, breaking elongation and hairiness was selected. It is got when weight coefficient is [ 0. 5,0. 2,0. 3 ], the proper blending ratio of magnetic modified polypropylene fiber blended yarn should be 37: 20: 13.关键词
