种植窗期HB-EGF与IVF-ET妊娠结局关系的研究
Relationship between Heparin-binding Epidermal Growth Factor in the Implantation Window and the Outcome of In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer

Abstract
Objective: To study the relationship of endometrial heparin-binding epidermal growth factor (HB-EGF) in the pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods: The endometrial tissue samples were obtained from 56 patients undergoing IVF-ET firstly in the implantation window from Oct 2009 to April 2010.The endometrial HB-EGF in implantation window was detected by real-time Quantitative PCR.56 patients were divided into the pregnancy group (23 patients) and non-pregnancy group (33 patients).Results: The quantity of endometrial HB-EGF in implantation was higher in pregnancy group than that in non-pregnancy group (2.39 ±0.60 vs 1.14 ±0.61, P ＜0.05).Conclusions: The expressions of endometrial HB-EGF in the implantation window can be used to predict IVF-ET outcome.关键词
