摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of urban infrastructure construction, urban lifeline system is the basic foundation of modem city.which to be information systems management and security risks of space simulation and analysis become increasingly urgent.Management of urban lifeline systems past,the spatial data and attribute data is not stored in the spatial database, which can not be good shared, thus can not be interoperated.On the safety hazards and risk assessment does not take into account the relationship between space and on the surrounding the impact of effective integrated risk assessment, analysis and simulation can not be achieved even more.To solve these problems, the need for new management tools and methods.Lifeline for the city system to gas pipeline as the main object of study, based on the actual application requirements, the use of space ArcSDE and SQL Server database management technology, Adobe's Flex technology map the expression of RIA, REST mode of SOA services, technology, ArcIMS map data and services, publishing technology, from the application systems and frame structures, pipelines and gas pipelines unified model, risk analysis research topics, design and development of the city gas system risk assessment applications for gas risk management and emergency management tools.The system realizes the lifeline of the city's space-based data storage, management, expression and risk analysis modeling, has a good user experience, practicality, and shared high scalability and strong advantage.
