摘要

Abstract

According to the situation of main fan monitoring in Chinese mining industry, it is needed 24-hours on duty to manually monitor the main fan running. An adaptive mine fan monitoring system based on ARM9 is designed. The system adopted DSC structure with high expandability and maintainability. The control layer collected the information and transferred to the monitoring layer through the RS485 bus. To achieve reliable variable frequency control, this system adopted the integral separation PID control algorithm which is of good robustness and strong adaptive ability. With optimization design on anti-interference of hardware and software, the system achieved the anti-interference level of mining industry.
