女性生殖器结核对体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠结局的影响
Influence of Female Genital Tuberculosis on Clinical Outcome of Fertilization and Embryo Transfer in Vitro

Abstract
Objective: To explore the influence of female genital tuberculosis on clinical outcome of fertilization and embryo transfer in vitro (IVF-ET). Methods:The patients with bilateral tubal obstruction who experienced IVF-ET treatment from January 2006 to December 2009 in The Fourth Hospital of Hebei University were selected, including 66 cases of tubal obstruction with tuberculosis (TB group) and 240 cases of non-tuberculosis tubal obstruction ( non-TB group). The Gonadotropin (Gn) dosage, number of oocytes, fertilization rate, good quality embryos rate, implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, miscarriage rate and delivery rate were compared between the two groups. Results:There were no significant differences in Gn dosage, number of oocytes, fertilization rate and good quality embryos rate between the two groups ( P ＞ 0. 05). The implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, delivery rate were significantly lower in TB group than those in non-TB group (P＜0. 05), miscarriage rate was significantly higher in TB group than that in non-TB group (P＜0. 05 ). Conclusions: For tuberculosis tubal obstruction patients, the clinical pregnancy rate of IVF-ET is decreased and abortion rate is increased, so more cautions should be paid to female genital tuberculosis.关键词
