Abstract
A fully integrated wideband variable-bandwidth IF low-pass filter is presented. The structure, design and implementation of the continuous-time OTA-C filter are discussed and analyzed. The external circuit design and simulation are used by the software of ADS. The simulation results show that the filter tuning range of-3 dB bandwidth of 1 MHz~ 26 MHz, stop-band rejection rate of greater than 35 dB, and the pass-band ripple less than 0. 5 dB, with 2. 8 V power supply,TSMC 0. 18 μm CMOS technology library of simulation, power consumption is less than 21 mW, frequency response curve close to the ideal state.关键词
