摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the experience of preventing pancreatic fistula after pancreaticoduo denectomy. Methods Pancreatoduodenectomic clinical data from Jannary 1992 to November 2010 were retrospecvely analyzed in 97 cases. Results In this group of patients, no pancreatic fistula was found, postoperative pulmonary infection in 9 cases, abdominal wound infection in 6 cases, 2 cases of whom resulted in wound dehiscence, right pleural effusion in 2 cases, pancreatic stunp bleeding, formation of abdominal abscess and gastric emptying delayed in 1 case for each, 2 died after surgery Conclusion Prevention of pancreatic fistula with complete external drainage of pancreatic fluid after pancreaticodnodenectomy is a safe and reliable method, and can reduce hospitalization costs.关键词
