阿魏胶囊的急性毒性实验研究
Experimental Study on Acute Toxicity of Awei Capsule
摘要
Abstract
Objective To perform the acute toxicity tests by gavaging Awei Capsule in mice to observe its safety and further to provide the basis for clinical medication. Methods The experimental mice were gavaged with Awei Capsule. The half lethal dose (LD50) was determined by the trial test and according to this, the maximum tolerated dose(MTD) was determined. Results LD50 was not detected.The largest administration amount within 1 d in mice was 9.888 g, which was equivalent to 360 times of clinical adult daily dosage. Conclusion Awei Capsule has low toxicity, which is safe and reliable to be taken at the prescribed dose.关键词
