Abstract
Objective To assess whether Compound Danshen Dropping Pills(CDDP) has the effect on accelerating recovery of renal transplant recipients. Methods Seventy- eight renal transplant recipients were randomly divided into two groups. Forty patients in early stage after renal transplantation were allocated in the treatment group and were added with CDDP (27 mg/pill, 10 pills/time, three times a day)on the basis of conventional treatment for six months. And other 38 renal recipients were allocated in the control group and received the conventional treatment alone after renal transplantation at the corresponding period. SCr, BUN, Ccr, 24 h urinary protein (24 h Upr) and urinary N- acetyl- β- D- glucosaminidase (NAG) were measured before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After 6- month treatment,SCr, BUN, Ccr, 24 h Upr and NAG in the patients of two groups were significantly improved than before treatment( P ＜ 0.05). SCr, BUN, Cer,24 h Upr and NAG in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P＜0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment, adding CDDP to renal transplant recipients bas beneficial effects on accelerating recovery of renal graft function.关键词
