榆柏烧烫伤喷雾剂的药效学研究
Pharmacodynamic Study of Yubo Burn and Scald Spray
摘要
Abstract
Objective To perform the pharmacodynamic studies on the major efficacy of Yubo Burn and Scald Spray. Methods To observe the analgesic effects of Yubo Burn and Scald Spray with mouse writhing test and tail flick method. The xylene-induced mouse ear edema model and vascular permeability test were used to evaluate the anti- inflammatory effects of Yubo Burn and Scald Spray. The Ⅱ degree scald mouse model was established for observing the time of mouse back skin scabbing and wound healing. The histopathological observations were perfoomed. Results Compared with the model group, 3 doses groups of Yubo Burn and Scald Spray were improved to be good anti- inflammatory and analgesic effects. It can significantly prolong the pain response latency, reduce the capillary permeability, the inflammatory exudate and edema. It has the effects of improving the healing rate of burn mice, shortening healing time and promoting the wound healing, and can improve the 3 aspects of scald mouse histopathologieal observation. Conclusion Yubo Burn and Scald Spray can promote healing of burned and scalded skin and has anti- inflammatory and analgesic effects.关键词
