Abstract
Objective To establish an RP -HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone ⅡA in Xinkeshu Capsule. Methods The RP -HPLC analysis was performed on the Agilent Zorbax Extend C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase of methanol -water(77 ∶ 23). The detective wavelength was at 270 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results Tanshinone ⅡA showed the good linearity during the concentration range of 0. 035 2 - 1. 408 μg( r = 1. 000 0) . The average recovery rate was 98. 20％ , RSD was 1. 57％ ( n =9). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can he used for the quality control of Xinkeshu Capsule.关键词
