Abstract
Objective To investigate the present situation of perioperative antimicrobial use in our hospital to provide reference for rational drug use. Methods According to the designed questionnaire with unified contents and standard, a retrospective investigation was made in 145 discharged surgical patients randomly selected in our hospital from March to June in 2010. Resuls Among 145 discharged surgical cases, 135 cases used antibacterials, including 61 cases of irrational use. The irratimal combination use of antimicrobials was most (26 cases), the other irrational use was in turn irrational antibacterial selection and indication (24 cases), irrational usage and dosage (24 cases) and irrational preventive medication(20 cases). Cephalosporin had the highest use frequency (27.93％), the second was penicillin(26.08％) and the third was amino- glycosides(19.08％ ). Conclusion Improper use of antimicrobials during perioperative period existed in our hospital The hospital management should be strengthened to standardize the rational use of antimicrobials.关键词
