Abstract
Objective To observe the using of Leukine treating leukopenia in 34 cases and to provide reference methods for optimizing the effective treatment of leukopenia.Methods Thirty- four patients suffering from leukopenia were divided into treatment group and control group, each group has 17 cases.Patients in control group take the normal drugs to enhance the number of leukocyte, and the treatment group were treated with leukine.We took blood routine examination on patients in time intervals, and measured the number of leukocyte, finally analyzed and compared with the effect of patients in two groups.Results Compared with two groups, treatment group after treating in 5,10, 15 d has a significant increase in the number of leukocyte (3.83 ± 0.76) × 109/L, (4.21 ± 0.49) × 109/L, (4.54 ± 1.10) × 109/L.The difference between the two groups has a significant difference(P ≤ 0.05).Conclusion Leukine has an obvious effect for leukopenia which can be used as an effective drug.It is worthy of clinical use.关键词
