MIT-BIH数据库心电数据重采样研究
Research on resampling of ECG data from MIT-BIH database.
摘要
Abstract
In order to convert the sampling rate 360 Hz of ECG data from MIT-BIH database to 250 Hz,a 25/36 times sampling rate conversion system is designed. At the same time,the annotations in the original database are remarked. A resampled MIT-BIH database with the sampling rate 250 Hz has been established. The experiment shows that the resampling result is accurate and the annotations are remarked correctly.关键词
