情绪状态及认知情绪调节策略与大学生网络游戏成瘾的关系
Mood State, Cognitive Emotion Regulation and Online Game Addiction of College Students

Abstract
Objective: To explore the relationship between mood states, cognitive emotion regulation strategies and online game addiction of college students.Methods: 55 addicted college students and 345 normal college students were measured by the Profile of Mood States and the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire.Results: Scores in depression-dejection, fatigue-inertia and confusion-bewilderment in the addicted group were higher than in the normal group(P<0.05); Addicted students tended to employ catastrophizing and blame others (P<0.01) more than refocus on planning, positive reappraisal and putting into perspective (P<0.01).Negative mood states in the addicted group showed significant positive correlation with a few regulation strategies.Blame others, fatigue-inertia and vigor-activity were risk factors to addiction.Conclusion: Negative mood state and negative cognitive emotion regulation are risk factors to addiction.关键词
