摘要
Abstract
The South-to-North Water Transfer Project is an important strategic measure for alleviating both the shortage of water resources and the deterioration of eco-environment in the North China, and then is a super-large project group combined with commonweal and profit-making, of which the complexity, hardness and challenge in the aspects of the relevant management and engineering technology have not been encountered in the other construction projects concerned. Since the start of the project, a lot of key technical problems have been smoothly solved, by taking the intensified project management as a core, the market allocation of resources as a means and promoting technical innovation and enhancing management level as well as constructing harmonious society as the target, in close combination with the practicalities of the construction under the forceful driving force from the spirit of keen exploration and developing innovation. Some key technical problems during the construction of the project are expatiated herein along with the summarization of both the experiences and methods from the relevant technological breakthroughs, furthermore, the key follow-up technical issues those would possibly occur during the construction of the Mid-Route Project in the days to come are supposed and prospected at the same time.关键词
