Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of early intervention of cognitive mode on mood disorder in the adolescent. Methods: A total of 827 students from 3 junior schools in the city were investigated by using symptom check list 90 (SCL-90) and Cattell 16 personality factor questionnaire (16PF), and their parents were also assessed by Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL). 827 students received early interventions of cognition with team counseling. The students and their parents were subjected to questionnaire assessment again after 6 months. Results: The results of the first questionnaire showed that 487 out of 817 (58.9%) students suffered from mood disorder problem to some extent. The total scores of SCL-90 and factors scores (except for terror, psychotics)were significantly decreased after interventions (P<0.01). Meanwhile, the scores of 16PF and the factor of social capacity in CBCL were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the factor of behavior in CBCL was decreased. Conclusion: Early intervention of cognitive mode on mood disorder in the adolescent can rectify the negative cognitive mode as soon as possible, and it can provide effective help to overcome the obstacles of mood and rebuild the personality of concentration, persistence and perseverance.关键词
