Abstract
According to British structure integrity assessment method BS 7910:2005 standard, a level 2 safety assessment for surface crack and embedded crack at welding toe of China produced X80 pipeline steel with high Nb was conducted under given crack size and load, a level 2 assessment curve of circumferential weld for X80 pipeline steel with high Nb was setup according to the results of base metal,full weld tensile test and CTOD. The results showed that the all assessed points are within the range of curve to indicate this structure safety. The research results will provide evidence for project application of China produced X80 steel pipe with high Nb.关键词
