Abstract
After comparing property difference between HFW pipe and seamless pipe, this article put forward seamless process concept for HFW pipe,including geometric seamless process and physical seamless process. In this article, it introduced HFW welding mechanism and weld characteristics, as well as three physical disposal methods, such as weld online heat treatment,hot stretch-reducing and heat treatment for whole welded pipe. It analyzed these three kinds of physical disposal methods from several aspects, such as production process, key equipment and seamless process effect.关键词
