摘要

Abstract

Hydrophilic microporous membranes were prepared through nonsolvent-induced phase separation, using ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVAL) with different ethylene content as raw materials.The effect of the ethylene content on the performances and structural properties of the EVAL membrane was investigated, and the anti-fouling performance of EVAL membrane was researched.The results showed that EVAL membrane with lower ethylene content and more hydroxyl had better hydrophiicity and larger pure water flux; many pores were observed on the surface from FESEM micrographs; flux reduction experiment showed that EVAL microporous membrane had better anti-fouling performance than PES membrane.
