调查研究亚健康状态人群中心理亚健康类型的特征分析
Characteristics of mental sub - health state population.
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the characteristics of mental sub - health and to provide evidences for its prevention. Methods Questionnaire of individual physical and mental health survey scale was carried out in population in Guangzhou, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing and the collected data were analyed. Results In the analysis of 2748 cases of sub health, mental sub - health was the most common ( 57. 8％ ). Mental sub - health state was most prevalent in individuals between t 30 ～ 39 years old and those with college education and above accounted for the majority ( 77. 38 ％ ). The clinical symptoms of mental sub - health were sighed, mental stress, anxiety and etc. The common complaints were irritability, fatigue, and depression. The stress events of emotional problems, personal injuryor disease and overwork presented as the main risk factors of mental sub - health. There was significant difference in multiple factors average score comparison of symptoms self- assessment factor between the mental sub -health subjects, health controls and somatic sub -health subjects ( P ＜ 0. 01 ). However, no significant difference was revealed in total symptoms index or 10 factors of comparison difference between the mental sub - health subjects and social adaptive sub - health subjects ( P ＞0. 05 ). Conclusion Highly - educated and white - collar workers at age of 30 to 39 are at high risk of mental sub health. Stress events are significant induceers of sub - health, thus psychological health education and necessarytherapy,reducing the undesirable consequences, are required.关键词
