摘要

Abstract

The virtual prototype of 1000kN/2500kNm forging manipulator suspension device has been established and the motion and stress of all parts during lifting and tilting motion have been analyzed based on dynamic system analysis software ADAMS. The results thereof indicate the maximum lifting height, maximum angle of up-tilting and angle of decline, lifting cylinder and tilting cylinder static balance driving force satisfy the design requirement; the simulation result shall be taken as guidance for design and manufacture of forging manipulator.
