摘要

Abstract

The model of bending rolls of stretching bending straightener has been established adopting ADAMS software, with focus on analysis of contact between rolls of bending rolls, and simulation analysis of the influence of roll wear on stability of bending rolls has been conducted, which offers theoretic basis for design of bending rolls, and the analysis of the influence of the difference between rolls in diameter on bending rolls has been performed, when the back-up rolls are markedly different in diameter, the displacement of the center of mass of the working roll shall experience cyclical changes along horizontal direction and result in cyclical slide between roll and band steel, which adversely affects the surface quality of the band steel, even leads to cyclical dark stripe on band steel surface.
