摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the relationship between the serum level os insulin-like growth factor 2 (IGF-2) and bone mineral density(BMD) in patients with type2 diabetes (DM). Methods: Height, weight, fasting serum C-peptide, IGF-2, and BMD were measure in 96 patients with DM. The associations among the levels of IGF-2, C-peptide and BMD were analyzed.Results: As the years of being DM gets longer, the level of IGF-2 gets lower. BMD was positively related with the lever of IGF-2. When the level of C-peptide decreased, the level of IGF-2 tended to be lower. Conclusions:IGF-2 may contribute to the DM outbreak and the occurrence of osteoporosis.关键词
