Abstract
Objective: To investigate perimenopausal symptoms of perimenopausal women in Huangpu District Community.Methods: Using two-stage random sampling method women aged 40- 60 years in Nanjing Road Community were selected, all participants were underwent questionnaire surveys. Results: Among 677 participants, were 386 women with menopause, the average menopause age 49. 36 ± 3.71 years. The incidence of climacteric symptoms 70. 3％. Out of 13 symptoms, the five most frequent symptoms were aching in hot flashes(53.2 ％ ), bone and joint pain (47. 6 ％ ), sexual disorder (45.2 ％ ), dizziness (41.5％), fatigue (41.2％). Perimenopausal symptoms, the severity increased with age. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the work, sexual satisfaction and with chronic diseases in perimenopausal symptoms relevant. Conclutions:Most of the existence of perimenopausal women around menopause symptoms. Lower estrogen levels which cause disease should rely on the community and strengthen health education. For the cause of prevention, this can reduce symptoms in perimenopausal women and improve the quality of women's lives.关键词
