生理性调节下正视眼视觉质量变化的观察
Change of the Emmetropic Eye's Vision Quality Induced by Physiologic Accommodation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate change of the vision quality induced by physiologic accommodation in emmetropia. Methods: The wavefront of 46 emmetropic eyes was measured with a Tracey iTrace Visual Function Analyzer system in 3 different states of accommodation with a pupil diameter of 3 mm, and was recorded in the from of Zernike coefficients and root mean square. Accommodative response was measured at the same time. Amplitude of accommodation was tested by Push-up test.Results: The total wavefront aberration (WA) of the whole eyes and the inter eyes changed with the function of accommodation. The smallest WA showed when the eyes were fogged. Refraction volume of accommodation response was always lower than Amplitude of accommodation tested by Push-up test in each of the individual cases. Conclusions: The WA analysis result expressed the change of emmetropic eye's vision quality induced by the function of accommodation. In fact,most of the time the moderate volume of accommodation response and the corneal compensation of inter eye wavefront make a stable and qualified vision quality possible.关键词
