火器-冻复合伤后早期血液心肌酶组合变化研究
Early changes of myocardial combination enzyme in firearms-frozen combined injury

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the changes of myocardial combination enzyme in the early stages of firearms- frozen combined injury.Methods: A total of 30 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into five groups: A firearms -frozen group, B freeze -firearms group, C firearms group, D frostbite group, E control group.Seventy -five min after building the model, blood samples were used to measur the indexes.Results:A significant difference was observed in blood CK, CK - MB, LDH, AST, ALT and α - HBDH in group A, B vs E, A vsB, C,D; B vsC, D.A significant difference was observed in blood CK, CK - MB, LDH, AST and α - HBDH in group C vs D,E.Conclusion: Compared with single injury, the myocardial combination enzyme is significantly increased and tissue damage is more serious in rabbit with firearms- frozen injury.关键词
