摘要
Abstract
Long time of co-incubation of gametes in conventional in vitro fertilization(IVF) has been found to have adverse effects on the oocytes and resultant embryos.Short co-incubation protocols are proposed and increasingly accepted in more and more reproductive centers.Polyspermic fertilization can be controlled in short gamete co-incubation by means of reasonable measures such as improvement of oocyte maturation, avoidance of ultrahigh density of sperm, minimal mechanic stimulation to oocytes, and optimal incubation medium at stable pH and temperature.关键词
