安多霖对微波辐射致大鼠心肌细胞半胱天冬酶-3表达的影响
Effect of AduoLa Fuzhenglin on expression of caspase-3 induced by microwave exposure in rat myocardial cells

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of an antiradiation herh compound AduoLa Fuzhenglin ( ADL ) on the caspase-3 expression induced by microwave exposure im myocardial cells of rats. Methods One hundred and forty male Wistar rats were divided randomly into five groups : normal control, microwave radiation control, 0. 75 ,1. 5 and 3 g/( kg .d ) ADL groups. Rats in three ADL groups were administrated with ADL per day for 2 weeks before microwave exposure.After administration, rats were exposed to 30 mW/cm2 microwave for 15min. Immunohistochemistry , Western blot and image analysis were used to detect the caspase-3 in rat myocardial cells 7 d and 14 d after drug withdrawal by light microscope and electron microscope. Results At 7 d and 14 d after exposure ,the caspase-3 was situated in the endochylema of rat myocardial cells , and the protein expression increased significantly( P < 0. 01 ) in radiation control group. The caspase-3 expression of rat myocardial cells in 0. 75 g/( kg . d ) ADL group was similar to that of radiation control group. The protein expression of the caspase-3 in 1. 5 and 3 g/( kg . d ) ADL groups decreased strikingly compared with radiation control group ( P <0. 01 ). Conclusion Microwave radiation 30 mW/cm2 can cause the high expression of caspase-3 ; ADL in the 1. 5 and 3 g/( kg . d ) groups can reduce the rise of expression of caspase-3 induced by microwave. ADL can relieve rats' heart injury by down-regulating caspase-3.关键词
