Clinic study on the endogenous changes of EGF and EGFr in the bum wound
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observate the change and the distribution of endogenous epidermal growth factor (EGF) and epidermal growth factor recepter (EGFr) in the burn wound and their effects on the wound healing. Methods The immunohistochemistry stainning method is used to detect the expression of EGF and EGFr in the different parts of burn wound in 35 patients. Results There are more remarkably expression of EGF and EGFr in the margin part between the granulation part and the healed part of the burn wound and with obviously expression of EGF and EGFr in the center granulation part and with slightly expression of EGF and EGFr in the healed reepithelization part of the wound. Conclusion The changes of endogenous EGF and EGFr in the burn wound are closely related to the wound healing and which may have an important role effects on wound healing.关键词
