姜黄消痤搽剂联合座疮涂膜剂治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination therapy of Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment with Cuochuang plaster in patients with acne vulgaris. Methods 150 cases are randomly divided into three groups, Combined therapy group received Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment(twice a day) plus Cuochuang plaster(once daily in the evening),the control Ⅰ group received Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment (twice a day),and the control Ⅱ group received Cuochuang plaster (once daily in the evening).All patients were followed-up and observed before treatment, during in the treatment of time 4 and 8weeks,2 months after stopping treatment. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the effectiveness were better in Combined therapy group than in the control groups (P＜0.05),and no serious adverse reactions were found. Conclusion It is effective and safe of Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment combined with Cuochuang plaster treatment of acne vulgaris.关键词
