Clinical study on sub-conjunctival injection of Avastin for relapsed pterygium
摘要
Abstract
Objective This study attempts to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Avastin on relapsed pterygium.Methods This is a retrospective case-observation study.The clinicaldata of 31 eyes from 21 patients with relapsed pterygium were included in this analysis.All of the patients received sub-fascia injection of 1.25mg (0.05mL) Avastin without other any therapy prior to the injection of Avastin.Then were performed prior to injection and 1d,3d,7d,15d,1w,3w after initial injection.Results The subconjunctival injection of Avastin cure rate of 83.87％ (26/31), the effective rate was 96.77％(30/31).No follow-up with the injection and drug-related ocular and systemic adverse reactions.Conclusion Subfascia injection of avastin is safe and effective for relapsed pterygium.关键词
