南京市男男性行为人群淋球菌和沙眼衣原体感染状况研究
Study on gonococcal and chlamydial infections among men who have sex with men in Nanjing
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence of gonococcal and chlamydial infections in men who have sex with men( MSM ) for the disease control and prevention. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted in MSM,urine specimens were collected to detected neisseria gonorrhoeae( NG ) and chlamydia trachomatis( CT ). Results The infection of NG and CT reached to 1.4％ and 4. 5％, 1 case ( 0. 2％ ) was found mixed infection of NG and CT. No significant correlation was found in NG infection with age, standard of culture, sexual behavior within 6 months and sexually transmitted disease symptoms in the last year, but low age and education, having multi-sexual partners,low rate of condom use within the last 6 months and having sexually transmitted disease symptoms were the risk factors which associated with the CT infection. Conclusion The condition of NG and CT infection should be monitored in MSM, and prevention and intervention measure should be taken.关键词
