Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of using Shangke Huangyou dressing with recombinallt human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)in the therapy of bum injury.Methods 120 patients with burn injury were divided into treatment group and control group.During the therapy,patients?wounds got dressings changed using Shangke Huangyou dressing with rhEGF in treatment group and rhEGF only in control grouD.Reeults The healing time of patients? wounds was(6.85±1.21)d(superficial seconddegree burn)and(15.46±1.56)d(deep second-degree burn)in the treatment group,and(9.62±2.10)(superficcial second-degree burn)and(17.60±1.10)d(deep second-degree burn)in the control group.The heMing time of patients'wounds in the treatment group waft,faster than that of the control group on average and got better effect.The total effective rate was 100%in treatment group versus 95%in control group.There significant difference between two groups in statistics science(P＜0.05).There were less eomplications and lower incidence rate of inflammatory reaction in treatment group.Canclmfitm The effect of using Shangke Huangyou dressing with rhEGF was wonderful on the therapy of burn injury in this study.It's safe,inexpensive and Can improve wounds healing faster.关键词
