繁茂膜海绵原细胞形态学识别及分离纯化特点
Histological characterization and purification of archeaocytes of marine sponge Hymeniacdidon pelevis
摘要
Abstract
Archeaocytes in Hymeniacdidon pelevis were observed by normal light microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results showed that archeaocyte has numerous mitochondria, phagosomes and lysosomes in several stages of digestion. The morphological results show that the shape of archeaocytes changes in different tissues. The cell culture data shows that archeaocytes from different origins have distinguishing difference in growth and differentiation behaviors.关键词
