1254例口腔颌面部创伤伤员临床特点分析

Abstract
Objective: To analyze clinical characteristics of oral cavity and maxillofacial trauma patients so as to provide some bases for previewing and triage of clinical nurses tn emergency.Methods: Data of medical records of 1254 oral cavity and maxillofacial trauma were collected.Differences and identities of all cases in different ages, gender, areas, injury types of wounded,causes of injury, and location structure were analyzed.Results: Among all 1254 cases of oral cavity and maxillofacial trauma,the male to female ratio is 4.6 ∶ 1.Age characteristics showed that 63.3％ of contusion were under 6 years old and fracture occured mostly between the age of 12 to 60 years old.Causes of injury showed that traffic injury accounted for 58.0％ , drop/falldown accounted for 17.3％, and fights accounted for 14.2％.Injury types showed 64.8 ％ was fractures, contusion was 25.7％ and transfixion was 4.0％.Location of injuries included mandible 22.2％, multiple areas 19.9％, and pars zygomatica for 15.8％.Conclusion : Nursing staff should conduct previewing and triage according to the type of injury of patients reasonably.Meanwhile,safety education of patients should be strengthened so as to decrease the incidence of oral cavity and maxillofacial trauma.关键词
