重症多形红斑患者的临床护理观察

Abstract
Objective To observer the effect of psychological nursing intervention and eye care for the patients with severe erythema muhiforme.Msthoda The SCL-90 scores of the intervention group and the control group were compared.Results The visual acuity of the two groups after the intervention was significandy different(X2=4.930,P=0.026)while the hospitalization time of the intenrention group was shorter than that ofthe control group.The SCL-90 total score and the score of the factors except Dhobia factor of the intervention group were significantly different with those of the control group and decreased than that score before the intervention.Conclusion The comprehension nursing intervention was effective in improving the visual acuity and the mental health of the patients with severe erythema multiforme.关键词
