Abstract
Objective : To make the questionnaire on influence of organize administration on occupational injury and to carry out reliability and validity analysis.Methods: The SCQ was translated into Chinese in strict accordance to the principle of scale translation, and the first draft of questionnaire about influence of organize administration on occupational inj ury was formulated by means of consulting the SCQ and combining to the nation condition of China,literature review,clinical observation, expert consulting and pre - survey and then.Two small sample pre - surveys were applied for 86 and 82 cases of medical staff, through Exploratory Factor Analysis and reliability and validity analysis to formulate the third questionnaire, and implemented large sample survey of 1233 cases of medical staff to test and verify the construct validity.Results: The questionnaire included 6 dimensions: allocation of human resources(4 items) ,workplace envjronment(3 items) , safety equipment providing(4 items) , organization culture(9 items) , safety behaviors(4 items) and organization care(8 items) ,32 items in all.The general Cronbach' s a coefficient of this questionnaire was 0.931,and the Cronbach's a coefficient of all the dimensions ranged from 0.705 to 0.901.The statistical analysis of the content validity showed there was significant correlation between the various items and the overall score(P＜0.05).The accumulated contribution rate of six factors in the factor analysis was 62.027％.Conculsion: Questionnaire on influence of organize administration on occupational injury has higher reliability and validity.and can be used to measure the level of hospital organize administration.关键词
