振动反应成像技术用于稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病严重度分级的临床价值研究
Clinical value of vibration response imaging in severity assessment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of vibration response imaging (VRI) in severity assessment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 210 COPD patients registered to Department of Respiratory Medicine, Nanjing First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University, between January and June 2010,were assigned to four groups based on staging of COPD severity. The patients underwent lung function test and VRI exam,and the results were compared with those from 80 healthy volunteers. Results There was a statistical difference between COPD patients and control group ( P ＜0. 01 ). The abnormal scores on either the vibration energy graph or dynamic images increased along with higher severity of COPD ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion VRI is helpful in severity assessment in COPD.关键词
